Company: ComplexInc LLC dba Simplified Electric Atlanta (“ComplexInc,” “Simplified Electric Atlanta,” “we,” “our,” or “us”)

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of Simplified Electric Atlanta’s services, website, and any related products. By engaging our services or accessing our website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services Provided

Simplified Electric Atlanta provides licensed electrical contracting services, including installations, rewiring, repairs, upgrades, troubleshooting, and related consulting (“Services”). Service details, scope, and pricing will be confirmed in estimates, proposals, or service agreements.

2. Estimates & Proposals

• Estimates are valid for 30 days unless otherwise noted.

• Final costs may change due to site conditions, material substitutions, or client-requested modifications.

• Additional work requires a written change order and may result in additional charges.
  

3. Payment Terms

• Payment is due per invoice or agreement terms.

• Late payments may incur interest charges of 1.5% per month or the maximum allowed by Georgia law.

• We may suspend or delay services until outstanding balances are paid in full.
  

4. Client Responsibilities

• Provide safe and reasonable access to the property.

• Ensure permits, approvals, and clearances are secured (unless otherwise stated in writing).

• Notify us of any known hazards, restrictions, or conditions affecting the work.
  

5. Warranties & Liability

• Workmanship is warranted for 12 months from service completion, unless otherwise specified.

• Manufacturer warranties apply to materials and equipment.

• Simplified Electric Atlanta is not responsible for damages caused by:

  • Pre-existing electrical conditions,

  • Misuse or alterations after service, or

  • Work performed by third parties not authorized by us.
    

6. Cancellations & Scheduling

• Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice.

• Fees may apply if materials are purchased or work has begun.

• We reserve the right to reschedule for safety, weather, or unforeseen conditions.
  

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability for claims arising from Services shall not exceed the amount paid by the client for the specific service in question.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, with jurisdiction in Fulton County, GA.

9. Amendments

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our Services after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
